The dual-tone blue denotes sky and sea, signifying that our capabilities extend beyond land-based operations. White represents integrity. The black perimeter delineates the ethical boundary we do not cross. The upward arrow conveys our progressive orientation and our strategic focus on India. Our Story

Our story begins with a founder who started his life and career far from home, and has stayed on the move ever since, just like every freight forwarder.

Today, Mr Joe Ng brings you 20 years of industry experience, blending international and local knowledge, including more than a decade based in India.

Born in Hong Kong in the early 1980s, he graduated in the early 2000s major in logistics and supply chain management with a UK degree. After completing national service, as every Singaporean man does, he joined an international logistics organization. Shortly after his promotion, he was appointed to lead the company’s 12 offices across India.

His journey in India began in the early 2010s. In 2023, after the company was acquired by a publicly listed firm, he concluded that its direction no longer aligned with rapidly evolving market trends, changing client requirements, and technological advances in global logistics. In response, he founded Invictus Group in 2025 to address these challenges.
